President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, in his capacity as Ruler of Abu Dhabi, issued a law setting up the Presidential Flight Authority (PFA).
As per the new law, PFA became a corporate body with full administrative and financial autonomy. PFA replaced the Emiri Flight and acquired all its assets, rights and commitments.
