Responsibilities

• Managing daily support calls from clients
• Proactively identify and categorize reported issues, log calls, and problem detail.
• Create tickets in service now to log calls, caller contact info, and any information.
• Triage service-now tickets by identifying appropriate SAP functional area, assignment group, and SME for all tickets in service-now.
• Actively monitor open unassigned tickets in service-now, triage, and escalate it to appropriate L2 support on a timely basis and as per SLA definition.
• SAP navigation to analyze master data and transactional data to investigate the root cause.
• Inform the team regarding workload and escalate any issue proactively to the manager.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer / Software Engineering or related fields
• Any previous support experience of either SAP or other ERPs would be highly advantageous.
